Angeles City Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin Jr. on August 15, 2022 ordered members of the City Veterinary Office, headed by Dr. Christian Xyric Arcilla, to rescue stray cats and dogs at Cuayan Elementary School for the trap-neuter-release (TNR) program of the city government.
Cats rescued at the CIAC Corporate Office Building (COB) underwent the Trap-Neuter-Release (TNR) process.
CIAC, with the help of the Angeles City Veterinary Office on Tuesday launched a trap-neuter-release (TNR) project for at least 15 stray cats wandering around the corporate office building premises to help control their population and maintain their well-being.
