UN cites Cong Jon Lazatin for non-corrupt governance

Lazatin brothers vowed to never tolerate corruption

Pampanga First District Rep. Carmelo ‘Jon’ B. Lazatin II’s governance in the first district of Pampanga is now being recognized as one of the non-corrupt administrations in the world by the United Nations International Anti-Corruption Day Organizing Committee.

Cong. Lazatin received the Honorable Shrine Integrity Achievement Award on September 27, 2022.

To recall, Angeles City Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin Jr. also received the same award for two consecutive years for having a non-corrupt administration.

The Lazatin brothers have vowed that they will not tolerate corruption under their administrations.

Mayor Pogi and Cong. Jon said that there is a need to spread the value of integrity to make the city transparent.

They also vowed not to allow any misconduct in their respective jurisdictions and would investigate suspicious transactions and reports.
