Manila Mayor Francisco “Isko Moreno” Domagoso filed his certificate of candidacy (COC) for president in the 2022 national elections today at the Harbor Garden Tent of Sofitel Hotel in Pasay City.
He will run under Aksyon Demokratiko and his running mate is Dr. Willie Ong.
