Residents of Barangay Balibago on January 5 adopted rescued dogs at the Angeles City Dog Pound and Animal Shelter.
Angeles City Mayor Carmelo ‘Pogi’ Lazatin Jr. encourages Angeleños to adopt rescued dogs and cats at the City Veterinary Office. The said dogs have been spayed at the Angeles City Dog Pound and Animal Shelter before the adoption.
The city government promotes responsible pet ownership among Angeleño households through free programs for pets like spaying, neutering, and anti-rabies vaccination.
