BOC-Port of Clark honors 2024 Top Stakeholders

The Bureau of Customs (BOC) – Port of Clark recognized its outstanding importers, exporters, and industry partners at the Stakeholders’ Night on March 5, 2025. The event, themed “Customs Beyond Borders: Navigating the Skies of Trade Excellence,” celebrated the contributions of those who significantly contributed to the port’s success in 2024.

Top importers recognized at the event included United Parcel Service (UPS) Philippines, Federal Express (FedEx) Philippines, Medtronic Philippines Inc., and Allegro Microsystems Philippines Inc. The top exporters honored were SFA Semicon Philippine Corporation, Yokohama Tire Philippines, Inc., BW Manufacturing Corporation, Nanox Philippines, and Amertron.

The Customs Industry Consultative Advisory Council (CICAC) was also recognized for its valuable role in enforcing customs laws and facilitating trade. Partners acknowledged included the Clark Development Corporation (CDC), Luzon International Premiere Airport Development Corporation (LIPAD), Clark International Airport Corporation (CIAC), Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) Region III, Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA), Clark Investors and Locators Association (CILA), and the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) Northern Central Luzon.

A highlight of the evening was District Collector Jairus Reyess’ presentation of the 2024 Accomplishment Report, which included major achievements like surpassing revenue collection targets by Php 18.569 million, seizing prohibited goods worth Php 387 million, and enhancing strategic partnerships. Additionally, the BOC-Port of Clark’s newly renovated building was unveiled, aimed at improving services for both employees and stakeholders.

Customs Commissioner Bienvenido Y. Rubio expressed his appreciation for the port’s accomplishments, highlighting the importance of continued collaboration with stakeholders to achieve the goals of trade excellence.

“We thank you for your unwavering support. Let us continue pushing our initiatives forward for better trade and better lives under a Bagong Pilipinas,” said Commissioner Rubio.

This initiative supports Commissioner Rubio’s mission to enhance efficient and secure trade, in line with President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.’s national economic agenda.
