The Provincial Government of Pampanga honored sixteen (16) elderly citizens aged 95 and above with a ₱100,000 one-time cash incentive, in recognition of their long lives and contributions to their families and communities.
The incentives were given under Ordinance No. 683, or the Centenarian Act of Pampanga.
Governor Lilia “Nanay” Pineda and Vice Governor Dennis “Delta” Pineda personally led the awarding ceremony, expressing gratitude to the honorees. “This is our way of recognizing the wisdom, sacrifices, and legacy of our elders who have given so much to their families and to the province,” Governor Pineda said.

Families of the beneficiaries welcomed the assistance, saying it would help cover essential needs such as medicines and daily care items.
The ordinance ensures that every Kapampangan who reaches the age of 95 will receive ₱100,000 and formal recognition from the Capitol.
Also present during the awarding were Board Members Fritzie David-Dizon, Dr. Kaye Naguit, Cherry Manalo, and Christian Halili, together with Angelina Blanco, Chief of Staff to the Vice Governor, and Fe Manarang, head of the Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office (PSWDO).
