Cebu Pacific (PSE: CEB), the Philippines’ leading airline, has launched “Juan Flight Closer to Home,” a new hiring campaign inviting overseas Filipino engineers to return and build careers in Philippine aviation.

The program aims to strengthen CEB’s Engineering and Fleet Management team by tapping into the global experience of Filipino professionals. Even before the campaign’s formal launch, more than ten overseas engineers have already joined the airline, supporting its growing operations.

“Filipino engineers are highly respected in the global aviation industry. This program is our invitation to come home—not just to take on a job, but to be part of something meaningful here in the Philippines,” said Felix Lopez, CEB Chief Human Resources Officer.

To ease the transition, Cebu Pacific is offering a relocation package that includes a free flight to Manila with baggage allowance, one-time relocation assistance, travel perks for employees and dependents, and healthcare coverage starting on day one.

CEB is hiring across various engineering roles, including avionics, airframe systems, planning, and aircraft structures—key areas for ensuring the safety and reliability of its expanding fleet.
