Family of slain Lulu couple thank Mayor Garbo

The grieving parents and sister of Arvin and Lerma Lulu, the couple tragically murdered in Mexico, Pampanga, personally visited Mabalacat City Mayor Crisostomo Garbo to express their gratitude. The family thanked the mayor for his swift response and condolences following the heartbreaking incident.

During the emotional meeting, the parents, still shaken by the tragedy, conveyed their appreciation for Mayor Garbo’s immediate assistance and assurance that local authorities are working hard to investigate the murders. The mayor had offered the family support in their pursuit of justice, promising that the city would not rest until those responsible are held accountable.

Mayor Garbo also extended further help to the bereaved family, offering counseling services to assist them in coping with their loss. “No family should have to go through such pain,” Mayor Garbo said. “We stand with you and will continue to fight for justice for Arvin and Lerma.”

In addition to emotional support, Mayor Garbo proposed livelihood assistance for the victims’ mother, who now faces the responsibility of caring for her orphaned grandchild. “Helping her rebuild and find stability is crucial for the child’s future,” he said.

Also present during the visit were Mabalacat Police Chief PLtCol. Efren David Jr. and former MCTEG head Ralph Lauren David.
