In a media briefing, Pampanga 2nd District Board Member Mylyn Pineda-Cayabyab announced the exciting activities lined up for Manyaman Festival 2023, which happens on Deember 4, 2023 at SM City Pampanga.
BM Mylyn said that all towns and cities in Pampanga will be joining the culinary event, whose highlights include a cooking demo of a renowned Kapampangan chef.
