On February 14, 2025, around 800 couples and their guests gathered at Mabalacat Elementary School to celebrate a meaningful Day of Hearts during the city’s annual Kasalang Bayan.

The mass wedding, officiated by City Mayor Crisostomo Garbo, was a significant occasion for the couples, who made their vows in front of their loved ones, marking the start of their lifelong commitments. Organized and led by the City Civil Registrar’s Office, the event was guided by Acting City Civil Registrar Officer Tyrone Justin D. Gueco.
