Motorcycle owners flocked to the Mabalacat City Hall Business One-Stop-Shop Area on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, to take advantage of the ‘Libreng Oplan Palit Plaka’ program offered by the Land Transportation Office (LTO) Mabiga Extension Office.
The initiative is part of LTO’s ongoing efforts to ensure that all motorcycles have proper license plates for better enforcement of traffic regulations.
