𝟐. Deration of the following plants: Masinloc 1, Masinloc 2, Masinloc 3, Sual 2, Limay 8, Limay 2, GNPD 2, Calaca 2

The 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘆𝗮𝘀 and 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗼 grids are under 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗹 condition.

A 𝗬𝗘𝗟𝗟𝗢𝗪 𝗔𝗟𝗘𝗥𝗧 is issued when the operating margin is insufficient to meet the transmission grid’s contingency requirement.
