City Fire Marshal Joshua Ayson formally presented the “Best City Fire Station of the Year” award to Mayor Crisostomo Garbo and the Sangguniang Panlungsod during the city government’s first flag-raising ceremony of 2025.
The award, conferred under the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) Memorandum Circular No. 2024-009, recognizes Mabalacat City Fire Station for achieving the highest overall rating in fulfilling its mandated duties, maintaining office standards, and demonstrating personnel readiness and efficiency. The honor was bestowed during the 51st Fire Service Recognition Day celebration of BFP Region 3 held in Angeles City.
The “Medalya ng Kasanayan” underscores the station’s exemplary performance, collaborative efforts, and commitment to excellence, setting a benchmark within BFP Region 3. It highlights the station’s adherence to high work ethics, professionalism, and a culture of continuous improvement that serves as an inspiration to the entire fire service.
Mayor Garbo lauded Fire Marshal Ayson and his team for their dedication and service to the residents of Mabalacat City.
