Unkabogable celebrity Vice Ganda rocked the opening ceremony of the 9th edition of the Tarlac KanLahi Festival (Kanlungan ng Lahi) Festival on January 18at the historic Maria Cristina Park.

Meme Vice Ganda was joined by celebrity comedians Lassy, Petite and rising star Kyle Echarri. The band Six Part Invention also performed.

Tarlaqueños had a grand time at the FREE concert, which Governor Susan Yap described on her FB post as the “pinaka-bonggang simula ng KanLahi Festival.”
