To promote academic cooperation, Mabalacat City College (MCC) President Michelle Aguilar Ong and Busan National University of Education (BNUE) President Prof. Soo Jah Park signed today, 18 April, a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
The two institutions intend to establish language learning as well as teaching courses and teachers’ training programs for students and educators.
