Angeles City Mayor Carmelo ‘Pogi’ Lazatin Jr. on January 22, 2024 handed over a Certificate of Commendation to Mutya Ning Angeles 2022 Joanne Marie Thornley, who was crowned Mutya Ning Kapampangan 2023 first runner-up last December 10.

Thornley also captured the Darling of the Press and Best in Pidayit photo awards.

Mayor Lazatin also awarded a cash incentive worth P15,000 to Thornley.

Also present during the awarding of the certificate and cash incentive are Executive Assistant IV Reina Manuel, and Angeles City Tourism Officer Anneleen Sugui.
