Angeles City Mayor Carmelo ‘Pogi’ Lazatin Jr. on January 15, 2024 welcomes Anna Patricia Mae Guiao-Garcia during her visit at the Mayor’s Office Conference Room.

Guaio-Garcia will compete in the World Championship of Performing Arts (WCOPA) which will be held in Long Beach, California on June to July 2024.

WCOPA is considered as the World Talent Olympics for performers and entertainers across the globe.

Lazatin was with Executive Assistant IV Reina Manuel and Angeles City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Officer Rudy Simeon during the visit of Guiao-Garcia.
