The National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) has announced a scheduled power interruption affecting parts of Pampanga on Saturday, 02 August 2025, due to ongoing transmission line upgrades.

Affected Areas and Schedules:
𝗦𝗙𝗘𝗟𝗔𝗣𝗖𝗢 (𝗙𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗮 𝗦𝘂𝗯𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻)
⏰ 6:30 AM – 8:00 AM
⏰ 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM

𝗣𝗘𝗟𝗖𝗢 𝗜𝗜 (𝗣𝗶𝗼 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗯𝗮𝘂𝗴 𝗦𝘂𝗯𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀)
⏰ 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Reason:
The interruption will facilitate the opening and closing of a loop at Pole #F6018 along San Jose, Floridablanca to isolate the San Isidro, Floridablanca to Pio, Porac line segment, as part of the ongoing uprating of the PELCO II–Porac 69kV transmission line.

Please note that specific affected areas are determined by the local electric cooperatives. NGCP assures the public that it will exert all efforts to restore power earlier than scheduled if possible.
