On his second day in office, newly sworn-in Mayor Carmelo “Jon” Lazatin II met with key community representatives as part of his early efforts to address pressing concerns and chart a responsive governance agenda.
Among those he engaged in separate meetings were officials from the Pampang Public Market Administration, representatives from the Angeles City Public School Teachers Association, and personnel from the City College of Angeles (CCA).

The discussions focused on issues related to consumer safety and market security, challenges in the public education system, and the continued development of the local economy. Mayor Lazatin emphasized the importance of close collaboration with various sectors to ensure that his administration delivers meaningful, people-centered programs.
These initial dialogues signal the mayor’s proactive approach to governance and his commitment to strengthening stakeholder participation from the ground up.
