Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) has launched immediate relief operations in the provinces of Bataan, Bulacan, Nueva Ecija, and Pampanga following severe flooding caused by tropical storms Crising, Dante, and Emong.
Teams from various police provincial offices, in coordination with local government units and disaster response agencies, distributed food packs, drinking water, hygiene kits, and other essentials to affected families. PRO3 personnel also assisted in evacuation efforts and secured evacuation centers.

PRO3 Regional Director PBGEN Ponce Rogelio I. Peñones Jr. emphasized that the police force is committed to serving beyond law enforcement duties.
“In times of crisis, we go where we are needed most. Guided by the pillars of our Chief PNP, PGEN Nicolas D. Torre III—especially responsive public service—we make sure our personnel are first on the ground, bringing relief, hope, and safety,” he said.
This effort forms part of the Philippine National Police’s ongoing mission to support communities in times of need and strengthen public trust.
PRO3 continues to monitor developments and stands ready to provide additional aid as necessary.
