Angeles City Mayor Carmelo ‘Pogi’ Lazatin Jr. has issued Executive No. 76 Series of 2023, or the OBSERVANCE OF PROCLAMATION NO. 2226 (which has declared December 11, 1982 and every year thereafter as Pampanga Day) in Angeles City in cognizance of the City’s shared Kapampangan Heritage and Culture.
