As announced during Mayor Carmelo ‘Pogi’ Lazatin, Jr.’s 5th State of the City Address (SOCA) last June 24, the Angeles City government is set to complete all the pending infrastructure projects amounting to P745 million by the third quarter of 2024 and in January 2025.
The infra projects set for completion and inauguration in the third quarter of 2024 are the expansion of Crematorium amounting to P220 million, construction of the New Pampang Public Market worth P400 million, Kanlungan ng Kabataan worth P30 million, and the East Circumferential Road worth P30 million.
Meanwhile, the construction of the new Legislative Building amounting to P65 million will be done in January 2025,.
Infrastructure development, which he believes will boost economic growth, is among the priority programs of Mayor Lazatin since he took office in 2018.
