The Rotary Club of Balibago (RCB) kicked off the District-Wide Community Project “Handog ng District 3790” with a day filled with fun, games, prizes and surprises at the Santo Domingo Integrated School in Angeles City.
The event, which officially served as the opening salvo of the Rotary Club of Balibago Presidency of Beautéderm CEO Rei Anicoche-Tan, packed in glam and star power with the presence of Beautéderm ambassadors and Kapuso stars Miguel Tanfelix and Ysabel Ortega and host DJ JhaiHo.

According to Tan, for the first time in the proud history of community service, the Rotary Club of Balibago added a touch of star power to its mission—with no less than Kapuso celebrities Miguel Tanfelix and Ysabel Ortega lighting up the event.
The Rotary Club of Balibago president, joined by Tanfelix and Ortega, led the distribution of custom made Beautéderm school bags, food mugs and hygiene kits to grade three students, who also participated in fun games facilitated by DJ JhaiHo.

Tan also turned FaeReigod Mother when she granted the wish of five (5) students who wrote her letters.
The faculty and staff of Santo Domingo Integrated School, deeply touched by the generosity of the Rotary Club of Balibago, expressed their appreciation in a social media post: “A heartfelt thank you to the Rotary Club of Balibago, Beautéderm Group of Companies, and Ms. Rei Anicoche-Tan for bringing smiles and inspiration to our learners. Your presence and kindness have made a lasting impact.”
With hearts full and spirits high, the Rotary Club of Balibago (RCB) marked the beginning of a year of cause-driven initiatives under the leadership of new club president, Rei Anicoche-Tan.
What began as a simple day of fun, games, and heartfelt generosity bloomed into a larger promise—an inspiring prelude to the many community-building projects already in the works.
