The Metro Club of San Fernando led by President Jericho David Maceda and President Elect Billy Joel Gamiao signed on Saturday a Sisterhood Memorandum of Understanding with the Gwangneung Rotary Club (Republic of South Korea) headed by club President Kim Hoyun and Club Secretary Jung Tea Young. The signing was held at Sun Valley Golf and Country Club, Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga.
