Now on its third year, the Manyaman Festival, coinciding with Filipino Food Month celebrated every April, continues to highlight Pampanga’s rich culinary heritage. This year’s theme emphasizes the role of culinary traditions as living legacies, passed down through generations. The festival will once again feature **multi-district food showcases, shining the spotlight on Kapampangan heirloom dishes such as sisig, bringhe, and tibok-tibok.

Adding to the excitement, this year’s festival also celebrates Pampanga’s new official title as the Culinary Capital of the Philippines,” a distinction granted by the Senate in December 2024. This recognition affirms the province’s pivotal role in shaping the country’s culinary identity.
