Just in time for Halloween and the holidays, Tanduay is sharing the standout mixes from its Tanduay Tiki Cocktail Book, created in collaboration with San Francisco tiki mixologist Daniel โ€œDocโ€ Parks. The collection reimagines tropical cocktail culture by blending Polynesian pop with Filipino flair, featuring Tanduayโ€™s award-winning rums as the star of each drink.

  1. Warm the glass with hot water, then discard water.
  2. Add Tanduay Double Rum and coffee.
  3. Float with sweet cheese foam and garnish with coffee beans.

  1. Cut 4 oz plain cream cheese into pieces. Whip with ยผ cup sugar in a stand mixer.
  2. Add ยฝ cup whipping cream and beat until medium peaks form.
  3. Add โ…“ to ยฝ cup milk to thin slightly, then gently fold in a pinch of sea salt.
  4. The consistency should be like pourable whipped cream.
