Governor Susan Yap leads the celebration of the 151st Founding Anniversary of the Province of Tarlac at the Provincial Capitol.

Also present are Vice Governor Carlito S. David, 3rd District Board Member Henry Cruz, Sta. Ignacia Mayor Nora T. Modomo, Ramos Mayor Celso Banag, Tarlac City Councilor Jude Joseph ‘Joji’ David, and Tarlac 2nd District Representative Christian Tell A. Yap.
