A new two-story, six-classroom building was formally blessed and inaugurated on Thursday, November 21, at San Vicente Elementary School, marking another milestone in the Provincial Government’s commitment to quality education.
The project was made possible through the partnership of the Provincial Government of Pampanga, the Local Government Unit of Apalit, and the Department of Education**.
Representing Governor Lilia “Nanay” Pineda and Vice Governor Dennis “Delta” Pineda was 4th District Board Member Atty. Vince Calara and Board Member Kaye Naguit.












Doc Kaye Naguit thanked Apalit Mayor Jun Tetangco, Vice Mayor Peter Nucom, Secretary Glenn Danting, and members of the Sangguniang Bayan — Councilors Allen Dungo, Mavic Mendoza, Mary Cris Manlapaz, Malou Nabong, Fugee Vargas, Dr. Archie Manlapaz, and Dr. Jesus Torres—along with Barangay Captain Engr. Willy Danting and SK Chairwoman Kacee Diane San Diego.
DepEd Apalit District Supervisor Marlene Manansala, Principal John Solomon Santos, Faculty President Jenalyn Yumul, teachers, parents, and learners also welcomed the new facility with gratitude and excitement.
Mayor Jun Tetangco extended his heartfelt thanks to the provincial leadership for the project, saying, “Dakal salamat pu Nanay Gob, VG Delta, BM Doc Kaye Naguit, BM Vince, at keng probinsia ning Pampanga king bine yu pung 2-storey building para kareng kaanakan ning San Vicente.”
The newly inaugurated building underscores the Provincial Government’s priority to upgrade school facilities and further uplift the standard of education across Pampanga.
