As of August 2024, GFiber Prepaid posted an NPS of 65, surpassing even global brand leaders. At its peak, the score reached a world-class level of 71, highlighting the exceptional customer loyalty and approval the brand has garnered since its launch.

With this rapid adoption, Globe is confident of surpassing the 200,000-subscriber mark sooner than anticipated.
