𝗦𝗘𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗗 𝗢𝗣𝗜𝗡𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗯𝘆 𝗔𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗻 𝗙𝗲𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠. 𝗖𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗹𝘂

A VIDEO of Defense Secretary Gilberto “Gibo” Teodoro Jr. talking about those involved in the operation of POGO and those local government officials that protect POGO in Bamban was circulated on social media.

It seems that Gibo was very decisive in his utterances… he was very exact and pretending to be precise on what he was pointing at in that video. To quote the Defense Secretary, “Hindi ako makapapayag na payagan ang mga nagtakip-mata, tumulong o naging kasabwat ng isang napakalaking sindikato na naging pugad ng mga kalaban ng bansa sa Bamban na manatili sa pwesto…hindi ako makakapayag.”

Obviously, Gibo was pointing to the Yaps and obviously, Gibo was trying to destroy the reputation of the Yaps because of his political agenda. You see, Gibo is batting for Max Roxas and Cristy and Vic Angeles to topple the Yaps.

I cannot blame him for doing so because he has this hatred towards the Yaps and he might have thought that the POGO and China controversy was the most opportune time to destroy them and by using those issues, he could propel his candidates to victory against them.

The senate investigation led by Senators Risa Hontiveros and Sherwin Gatchalian never saw the involvement of the Yaps, neither did the House of Representatives’ QuadCom.
But because of politics, hatred and probably grandstanding on the secretary’s part, he is implicating the Yaps.

But now, Gibo is mum on the issue about those Chinese spies who donated P500,000 and 15 motor vehicles to one of his closest political allies in Vic and Cristy Angeles. He is mum on the issue that his political allies in Tarlac city have business ventures with the close associate of the Chinese spies and he is also mum on the issue that for many occasions, the confirmed Chinese spies in the persons of Wang Yongyi, Wu Junren, Cai Shaohuang and Chen Haitao have visited his two political allies as proven by several photos posted on social media and as a Paniqui resident, was Gibo aware that his gubernatorial bet was preparing a POGO hub in his own home town?

Now that Gibo is already aware of the connection of the China spies to his Tarlac city allies, what will he now do? Will he utter the same words he said before? Remember, this is not anymore an issue of POGO—is it already an issue of Chinese spies spying on our own country and military installations and being given preferable treatment by his allies in Vic and Cristy Angeles.

Let’s give Gibo the chance to prove what he said… to prove that he cannot let the enemies of the country to be elected into public office. I know that the good secretary loves his country so much that he cannot let, even the closest of his allies, “manatili sa pwesto.”
