Baguio City Mayor Benjie Magalong expressed gratitude to the city government employees, the private sector, and the residents of Baguio for their collective preparedness ahead of Super Typhoon #UwanPH.

As of now, the city has recorded zero casualties and no injuries related to the typhoon. Clearing operations are ongoing to remove fallen trees and electric posts, while efforts continue to restore water and power supply to affected households.

Mayor Magalong also opened Baguio City Hall to the public for free charging of mobile phones and other electronic devices.
