A total of 782 Masantol residents received financial assistance under the Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situation (AICS) program, a joint initiative by the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) and the Provincial Government of Pampanga.

The distribution ceremony, held at the Brgy. Bebe Matua Covered Court, was led by Governor Dennis “Delta” Pineda, Congresswoman Anna York Bondoc, and Pampanga Mayors’ League (PML) President and Apalit Mayor Jun Tetangco.

Each beneficiary received P3,000 in financial aid from the DSWD, along with additional rice support from the Provincial Government.

Governor Pineda expressed his gratitude to President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. for allocating the necessary funds that have significantly helped Kapampangans in need.

The AICS program is a social welfare initiative by the DSWD that provides financial assistance for medical, burial, transportation, educational, food, and other urgent needs of individuals and families in crisis.
