The Local Government of Angeles City formally confirmed the appointments of four key officials during the 20th regular session of the Sangguniang Panlungsod held on July 15, 2025, at the Medical Arts Building of Systems Plus College Foundation in Balibago.
In a resolution passed during the session, the City Council affirmed the appointments of the following individuals to vital leadership positions:
- Atty. Noel M. Luzung as City Administrator
- Atty. Ralph Vincent S. Macalino as City Legal Officer
- Mr. Jose Aubrey B. Pelayo IV as City Information Officer
- Dr. Francisco L. Villanueva Jr. as Department Head II for Cultural and Creative Affairs (CCA)
