Felix Niño Asuncion, CEO of Asuncion Family Ventures, served as inspirational speaker and panelist at the 2026 Central Luzon YouthBiz Conference, where he heard business pitches from young farmer-entrepreneurs.
The conference was held on October 29 and 30 at Savannah Hotel.
The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Region III organized it with the Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office III and the Department of Social Welfare and Development Field Office III.

Organizers had expected about 100 participants aged 18 to 35 from across Central Luzon. The conference is conducted under Republic Act 10679, or the Youth Entrepreneurship Act, and the DTI Youth Entrepreneurship Program.

Asuncion took part in the Business Pitching and Cliniquing session, where he shared his entrepreneurial journey and listened to five pitches.
In his Facebook post, he said the pitches covered native chicken production, duck raising, crayfish farming and food processing.
Asuncion said he learned as much as he shared, and that agriculture is more than farming.
He called it an opportunity to build businesses, create jobs and empower communities.
He urged support, connections and opportunities for young entrepreneurs, and thanked the DTI, DA, DSWD and organizing team.
