The Angeles City Council issued a Resolution of Commendation to Mayor Carmelo ‘Pogi’ Lazatin, Jr. on September 26 after the city government was hailed as one of the Most Outstanding Local Government Units at the 122nd Police Service Anniversary Celebration.
Vice Mayor Vicky Vega-Cabigting handed over the said Resolution of Commendation to Mayor Lazatin.
