Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr. has ordered the City Health Office personnel, led by Dr. Verona Guevarra, to conduct free check-ups to evacuees at the city’s Main Evacuation Center in Barangay Mining.
Earlier, the Mayor said that doctors will be assigned and on standby at the evacuation center for monitoring.
Apart from this, the city government also readied stockpiles of food for the evacuees, through the CSWDO headed by Edna Duaso, and GSO led by Evangeline Malonzo.
