The Angeles City Youth Development Office, headed by Joffre Joel Dulinayan II, on June 12, 2023 was awarded as one of the Outstanding Local Youth Development Office during the 4th Philippine Sangguniang Kabataan Awards in Iloilo Convention Center, Iloilo City.

This is the first time that the said award-giving body is giving due recognition to local youth development offices.

Mayor Carmelo ‘Pogi’ Lazatin Jr. expressed his delight with this award as the city government will continue to provide impactful results that will lead to inspiring positive change for the interest of the youth.

Dulinayan said the ACYDO will continue to strengthen its programs that will aid the youth in bringing more impact and positive initiatives to the community.

Meanwhile, Dulinayan also expressed his heartfelt gratitude to all those who played a part in making the ACYDO one of the most outstanding local youth development offices in the country.

Joining Dulinayan during the awarding ceremony are Youth Development Coordinators Ron Jacob Guevarra, Anamae Dacaymat, and Eric Dela Cruz.
