𝐀𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐚 𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐚 

Angeles City Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin Jr. met with some department heads today, March 20, to discuss preparations in connection with Semana Santa.

Mayor Pogi was accompanied by Chief Adviser IC Calaguas, and Executive Assistant IV Reina Manuel during the meeting at the Mayor’s Office.

Mayor Lazatin has asked the Angeles City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office, headed by Rudy Simeon, to deploy ambulances in four strategic places in Angeles City during the Holy Week.

To ensure emergency response within 10-15 minutes, ACDRRMO personnel will be deployed at Caltex Gas Station in Brgy. Pulung Cacutud, Stoplight in Brgy. Pulungbulu, BPI in Brgy. Balibago and Outpost in Brgy. Anunas near Burger King.

Meanwhile, Mayor Lazatin will also deploy additional traffic enforcers to provide assistance to motorists.

Angeles City Traffic Development Officer Kiko Pangilinan said that enforcers will be visible in the city’s busy roads to assist residents, and tourists.

Furthermore, Angeles City Public Cemetery and Crematorium Head Philip Samson stated that the public cemetery will follow its regular schedule of 6AM to 6PM from Holy Monday to Easter Sunday.
