The Bureau of Customs (BOC) has received reports of individuals selling BOC-seized luxury vehicles and other goods online. We remind the public that goods sold through public auction and negotiated sale are conducted directly by the concerned Port/BOC Office.

Valid sales are made via the issuance of the corresponding ‘Notice of Auction Sale,’ which is posted on the official BOC website and Facebook page.
