Mayor Jing Capil, through the Ayuda para sa mga Kapos Ang Kita Program (AKAP), led the distribution of cash aid to low-income earners in Porac on August 23.

Capil warmly welcomed and expressed gratitude to the former president and current Pampanga 2nd district Representative Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, and DSWD Central Luzon for their generous support to the initiative.

Also present were Vice Mayor Francis Laurence ‘Budoy’ Tamayo, Chief of Staff Jen Capil, and all members of the 11th Sangguniang Bayan.
