Governor Dennis ‘Delta’ Pineda expressed full support for the Resolution passed by the League of Municipalities of the Philippines (LMP)-Pampanga Chapter against the establishment of POGOs in Pampanga.
In Resolution No. 2, Series of 2004, LMP-Pampanga Chapter also urged PAGCOR to stop issuing licenses to entities who intend to establish POGO’s in Pampanga.
Further, Governor Delta is seeking the help of Kapampangans in eradicating POGOs in the province. He urged the public to report to their respective barangay captains any individuals, buildings or areas that may be suspected of involvement in POGO operations.
