The Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) and Poro Point Management Corporation (PPMC) have provided relief to families affected by recent flooding in four communities across La Union.

A total of 300 sacks of rice were turned over, with 60 sacks formally handed to the City Government of San Fernando by PPMC CEO and OIC Chairperson Atty. Felix Racadio, PPMC Director Servillano Flores, and BCDA Vice President for Land and Assets Development Richard Brian Cepe. Mayor Hermenegildo Gualberto personally received the donation on behalf of the city.

Additional relief packs, donated by Ayala Corporation, were also distributed to residents in San Agustin, Poro, San Vicente, and San Francisco, as part of the continuing support efforts.
