The Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA), represented by OIC Senior Vice President for Conversion and Development Engr. Mark P. Torres, reiterated its commitment to building New Clark City into a smart, sustainable, and future-ready metropolis during the Real Estate and Furnishing Expo at SMX Clark.

Speaking before industry stakeholders, Torres highlighted New Clark Cityโ€™s strategic location, robust transport connectivity, and pipeline of developments, including new government facilities, academic institutions, and expanded investment zones. He also underscored BCDAโ€™s collaboration with the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) under the 4PH Program to deliver affordable and inclusive housing for Filipino families.

BCDA noted that with its people-centered urban planning and expanding infrastructure, New Clark City is positioned to become a prime site for resilient, accessible, and opportunity-rich housing communities for future generations.
