The Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA), represented by OIC Senior Vice President for Conversion and Development Engr. Mark P. Torres, reiterated its commitment to building New Clark City into a smart, sustainable, and future-ready metropolis during the Real Estate and Furnishing Expo at SMX Clark.

Speaking before industry stakeholders, Torres highlighted New Clark City’s strategic location, robust transport connectivity, and pipeline of developments, including new government facilities, academic institutions, and expanded investment zones. He also underscored BCDA’s collaboration with the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) under the 4PH Program to deliver affordable and inclusive housing for Filipino families.

BCDA noted that with its people-centered urban planning and expanding infrastructure, New Clark City is positioned to become a prime site for resilient, accessible, and opportunity-rich housing communities for future generations.
