BOC–Port of Clark holds 2026 Target-Setting, Strategic Planning

Setting the direction for the year ahead, the Bureau of Customs (BOC) – Port of Clark convened its 2026 Target-Setting and Strategic Planning Meeting, bringing together various offices to align goals and priorities for the year.

The meeting focused on developing innovative and coordinated strategies to advance the Bureau’s core mandates of revenue collection, trade facilitation, and border protection, while also reviewing key accomplishments and lessons learned from the previous year.

Anchored on the priority programs of Customs Commissioner Ariel F. Nepomuceno, the session outlined initiatives and action plans for 2026 aimed at optimizing processes, enhancing service delivery, and sustaining performance excellence.

Through the strategic engagement, the Port of Clark reaffirmed its commitment to purposeful planning, teamwork, and continuous improvement in delivering efficient and responsive service to the public and its stakeholders.
