Governor Lilia โ€œNanayโ€ Pineda has directed provincial government employees to step out of their offices and bring government services closer to the people, emphasizing the need for faster action and direct engagement with communities.

โ€œKailangan mabilis ang trabaho. Ayoko ng nakastay kayo sa mga opisina ninyo. Kung kaya nโ€™yo, lumabas lahat at tingnan nโ€™yo kung ano ang mga problema ng mga Kapampangan,โ€ the governor said.

Vice Governor Dennis โ€œDeltaโ€ Pineda said the directive applies to the provinceโ€™s more than 3,000 Capitol employees, underscoring the provincial leadershipโ€™s push to ensure that more programs and services directly benefit Kapampangans.

According to Vice Governor Pineda, the governorโ€™s order reflects the administrationโ€™s commitment to responsive, people-centered governance by encouraging government workers to better understand and address the real concerns of communities on the ground.

The provincial government reiterated that the directive aims to improve service delivery and strengthen the connection between the Capitol and the people it serves.
