𝐁𝐎𝐂 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐇–𝐊𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐚 𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐭 𝐇𝐚𝐧𝐛𝐢 𝐅𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐥

Bureau of Customs-Port of Clark District Collector Jairus S. Reyes extended his congratulations to the 2025 Hanbi Cultural Festival and Year-End General Assembly, also known as the Philippine–Korean Cultural Exchange Festival, recognizing the event as a reflection of the enduring partnership between the Philippines and the Republic of Korea.

The celebration was attended by His Excellency Lee Sang Hwa, Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to the Philippines, along with Pampanga Governor Lilia G. Pineda, Vice Governor Dennis “Delta” Pineda, Angeles City Mayor Carmelo B. Lazatin II, representatives from the Clark Development Corporation, and officials from various partner agencies.

In his message, Collector Reyes underscored the Bureau of Customs’ key role in promoting tourism, facilitating trade, and supporting cultural exchanges. He highlighted that strengthened customs cooperation helps deepen Philippine–Korean relations while contributing to the growth of Central Luzon as a vibrant hub of cultural and economic activity.
