The City College of Angeles (CCA) Soaring Phoenix has been officially commended by the Sangguniang Panglungsod of Angeles City. The recognition, sponsored by Councilor Edu Pamintuan, received unanimous support from the 20th City Council and was approved by Vice Mayor Amos Rivera.

The resolution acknowledges CCA’s steadfast dedication to academic excellence, leadership, innovation, and community service, as well as its significant role in promoting quality and accessible education in the city.

Expressing gratitude, CCA thanked the Angeles City Council and the City Government of Angeles for the honor. Motivated by this recognition, the Soaring Phoenix vows to continue striving for higher achievements, contributing to the growth and progress of both the institution and the Angeles community.
