Clark International Airport Corporation (CIAC) has once again been recognized as one of the country’s top-performing government-owned and -controlled corporations, earning the Governance Commission for GOCCs’ (GCG) Performance Evaluation System (PES) Award for the third straight year.

CIAC President and CEO Jojit Alcazar received the award from GCG Chairperson Atty. Marius Corpus during the GCG Awards Ceremony on December 1 at the Sequoia Hotel in Parañaque City. He was joined by Chief Finance Officer Nancy Paglinawan, Chief Operations Officer Engr. Brando Aguilera, Assistant Vice President for Legal Services Atty. Rustico Quizon III, and Board Director Jaime Lazatin.

The GCG Awards recognize GOCCs that demonstrate outstanding results in corporate governance and performance metrics for Calendar Year 2024. CIAC’s consistent PES achievement reflects its strong commitment to accountability, efficient operations, and effective strategy execution.

Alcazar said the recognition affirms the dedication of CIAC’s workforce: “This award reflects CIAC’s determination to meet and exceed government standards. It is a testament to the hard work of our officers and employees in advancing key initiatives for the Clark Civil Aviation Complex.”

He added that the honor motivates CIAC to continue pursuing its flagship projects under the Clark Aviation Capital blueprint—developments designed to position the complex as the country’s premier global aviation and logistics hub.

As the Bases Conversion and Development Authority’s (BCDA) aviation and land development arm, CIAC remains committed to building sustainable, high-impact projects that will shape the future of Clark’s aviation landscape.
