Clark International Airport Corporation (CIAC), led by President and CEO Arrey Perez and the Pampanga State Agricultural University (PSAU) led by President Anita G. David, held a ceremonial signing today, July 30, 2024, to formalize the mutual understanding and cooperation between CIAC and PSAU for the Clark National Food Hub (CNFH) Project.

The signing was held at the university campus in Magalang, Pampanga, duly witnessed by CIAC and PSAU officers and staff.

CIAC Chief Planning Officer Melissa D. Feliciano presented the project to PSAU officials who intimated their intent to collaborate on different areas of interest, which include research and development (R&D) projects; extension and training projects anchored on the results of the R&D; food security and sustainable farming systems, physical and human resource sharing; and, capacity building activities such as staff training and student internship.

Present at the signing were CIAC Director Monico A. Puentebella, Jr.; Vice-President for Administration and Finance Nancy C. Paglinawan; Vice-President for Operations and Business Development Brando C. Aguilera; Assistant Vice-President for Legal Services Atty. Rustico D. Quizon, Ill; CIAC department officers and staff; and, PSAU Vice President for Research, Innovation, Extension and Training Dr. Geraldine C. Sanchez, among others.
