CLARK INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT EARNS LEVEL 1 ACI ACCREDITATION

Clark International Airport (CRK) has reached a new milestone in service excellence after securing Level 1 Airport Customer Experience Accreditation from the Airports Council International (ACI) —a first for the gateway.

This globally recognized program is the only one of its kind that helps airports assess and improve customer experience across key areas such as governance, strategy, service design, and innovation. CRK’s accreditation reflects its strong commitment to placing passengers at the heart of its operations.

At Level 1, CRK has established the necessary structures to gather and act on passenger feedback, ensuring customer needs and expectations shape both strategy and service delivery.

In its evaluation, ACI noted: “There’s a clear message that customers are a top priority—not just in external communications, but in how this mindset is embedded within staff and operations.”

CRK’s achievement also signals the beginning of a broader journey, with future levels recognizing more advanced customer experience practices and innovations.
